Teaching Materials
I teach Intellectual Property Law, Entertainment Law (both domestic and international), an Advanced Seminar in Copyright Law, Torts, Corporations, and Agency, Partnership, and Unincorporated Business Organizations, as a professor at Chapman University School of
Law. Also, some years ago, I taught Contract Law, International Intellectual Property, and Internet Law.
During the 2000-01 academic year, I taught at the University of San Diego
School of Law as a visiting professor. I began my teaching career at the University of Dayton School of Law, where
I taught primarily within the Program in Law and
Technology.
